Arrive Health prioritizes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to create a more engaged and representative workforce, while supporting our team’s cultural differences. Our primary DEI objectives focus specifically on expanding our recruitment efforts and talent funnel, building an inclusive workplace, and giving back to our community.

We partner with the Flatiron School to support the John Stanley Ford Fellowship, a program that advances Black tech professionals through on-the-job training and mentorship. We also partner with The Kaleidoscope Group and WellPower on an educational speaker series and ongoing community service.
