Sometimes the most affordable option involves using a coupon. When we find a coupon that can save you money, we will send you a message. Below are answers to frequently asked questions.

Who is Arrive Health?

Arrive Health works with healthcare providers to help patients save money on their prescriptions. We do this by showing pricing information to your doctor when they are ordering medication(s) so you can discuss how much your medication will cost given your specific insurance coverage. Sometimes the most affordable option involves a coupon. Arrive Health partners with healthcare organizations to offer you coupons as a way to save you money.  

Why did I get a text from Arrive Health about saving on my medications?

In addition to checking your insurance, we check coupon prices across multiple sources to find you the best price. When we find a chance for you to save money, we let you know, first by asking if you’d like to receive coupons from us, and then, after you opt in, by sharing the coupon for you to use at your pharmacy.

Our coupon service supports in-person and virtual visits, as well as refill opportunities. 

What happens if I respond to your message?

If you opt in, we will send you the coupon(s) we found, as well as coupons that may be available in the future. We will only send you coupons when they offer the best cost option.  

You also have a choice to opt out of messages by responding ‘STOP’. You can opt out after the first message we send, or at any time you want to stop receiving coupons from us.

What if I don’t want any more texts about saving money on my medications?

Let us know by responding ‘STOP’ to our text. We won’t contact you about coupons for medications again, except if you choose to re-enroll. Can’t find our number? Text ‘STOP’ to 720-730-9667.

I texted ‘STOP’, but I changed my mind and I want to start receiving coupons again. How do I let you know?

Let us know by responding “START” to our text and this will reset your status. You will get another consent message from us. Can’t find our number? Text ‘START’ to 720-730-9667.

I am having problems at the pharmacy redeeming my coupon. What should I do?

Every coupon includes a phone number for you to call. The phone number connects you with the team that supports that specific coupon program. They are best equipped to answer your questions.

Do coupons expire?

Coupons do not expire, but the price for the medication may change. We will look at your prescription again when it’s time for your refill and let you know what the best price is. We send the new coupon about 7 days before your refill.

Does using a coupon impact my insurance?

No. You can either use your insurance or you can use the coupon. Typically, you cannot use both and anything paid when using a coupon is not applied to an insurance deductible. If you have questions or aren’t seeing the insurance price you expect, please reach out to your insurance plan.

What if I have a government insurance plan like Medicare? Am I allowed to use a coupon? 

Yes. The coupon programs we offer do not have exclusions. 

When you choose to use a coupon, you aren’t using your insurance. The coupons reflect a cash price that will not be submitted for reimbursement under a government plan or other federal or state health program. If you have questions, talk with the pharmacy staff at checkout or call your insurance plan. 

What if I’m not getting the right insurance price? 

If you have questions or aren’t seeing the insurance price you expect, please reach out to your insurance plan.

I used a coupon last time and now I want to use my insurance. What should I do?

Talk to the pharmacy staff at checkout and tell them you want to use your insurance this time instead of the coupon. They need to make this update and charge you the appropriate amount. If you have questions or aren’t seeing the insurance price you expect, please reach out to your insurance plan.

I called my provider’s office or asked my provider, and they didn’t know anything about Arrive Health. Why not?

Our healthcare provider partners know about our services but may not remember us by name. If you have a specific question, please feel free to reach out to us by email at contact@arrivehealth.com. We’ll be sure your request reaches the right team at your care provider’s organization.
